To answer business challenges faced by TAA, TTPH chose LOGIQUE as partner to design, develop, and implement TAA website, online auction platform together with conductor, auctioneer, and screen to facilitate on-site bidder, alongside with backoffice system to support the operational needs, which integrated to Toyota vehicle inspection system (Blue-T).
In addition of backoffice and auction platform, in 2025 TAA together with LOGIQUE develop an Inventory Control System (ICS) that uses QR Code to manage vehicle in and out of vehicle parking yard, the system is dedicated to TAA’s seller in helping them to manage their inventory, together with Triple Trade In system which allows individual ROPA vehicles to be sold outside of auction to all TAA partners.
with around 3 months to develop entire backoffiice, auction system, and company website before TAA launching
TAA which is based in Philippine while LOGIQUE based in Indonesia, making requirement gathering process harder with limited face-to-face discussion
TAA implemented Blue-T however it is a separated system from the auction system which causing difficulties to track and synchronize the records.
due to the absence of digital documentation, it is challenging to track past inspection reports
TAA as a new auction house needed to attract new customer outside of Toyota official partner (T-Sure Dealer)

As of today, TAA has made various adjustments and additions to the initial system together with LOGIQUE, and the system proved helpful and bring positive impact for TAA which can now manages more than 200 vehicles with 3 or more auctions per week with more than 40% sold rate from 3 of its branches in Philippines.
Overall, TAA has successfully increased the company productivity, customer and seller satisfaction which will keep on growing.
