Background of System Development
As a company engaged in consulting services and motorcycle insurance, ZuttoRide needs a system that is able to integrate and carry out management for motorbike insurance customers, especially for Kawasaki dealers who are official partners of ZuttoRide Indonesia.
To make this happen, ZuttoRide, in collaboration with LOGIQUE DIGITAL INDONESIA, decided to create a system called ZuttoRide CRM. The creation and development of ZuttoRide CRM system carried out between ZuttoRide and LOGIQUE DIGITAL INDONESIA has also been going on for a long time, which is almost around 4 years and is now entering the 14th phase in improving their systems.
