Q. Is Sugoi Saiyo a cloud system?

Sugoi Saiyo runs on our managed cloud server. There is no need for you to prepare any kind of server. You can start using it immediately after your contract. However, you can install and use it on your managed server. Please feel free to contact us for further information.

Q. Are there any restrictions for user to use?

You can use a browser. If you use the latest version of main browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, you can use without any problem.

Q. Price? Is it possible to pay one time for buying the system right?

Basically, we will charge you a monthly fee with no initial cost. However, you can customize the complete system and deliver it to your company server.
Please contact us as it is possible to make a batch request.

Q. Is there a minimum contract term?

There is no time restriction at present. If you use it without customization, you can use it for only one month

Q. Who is your main target company?

We think that it can be used by various companies, but it will be more effective for company that recruit more than a 2 or 3 people a month. SugoiSaiyo is powerful because it has multiple branch offices and all branch offices can be managed collectively at once.

Q. Is a psychological test included?

Our system can cooperate with external psychological tests and save the test results. You can conduct your own customized psychological test.

Q. Can I collaborate with JobStreet?

We recommend that you post the entrance URL of your company in Sugoi Saiyo on JobStreet. If you do so, you don't have to manage from Jobstreet system because you can manage it collectively with SugoiSaiyo at once.

Q. You can manage the schedule of interviews, but can you cooperate with the reservation of the interview meeting room?

Q. Is it included with an AI function?

It has not been implemented yet, but it can be customized if requested.

Q. Can I receive Notifications about new applications?

Users registered as recruiters can be notified by email that new applications have been submitted.

Q. Is there any limit on the number of jobs, job types, positions, etc.?

There is no limit. You can open up as many number of positions at the same time.

Q. Is Sugoi Saiyo only for the recruiter or company’s HR department?

You can authorize complex management settings. Recruiting staff, interviewers in each department, and management are able to become users of Sugoi Saiyo, and it is possible to grasp the progress of their hiring, manage the schedule of interviews, and view detailed information on candidate information.
