Revamp of BRANZ Mega Kuningan Website to Update the Tech Stack & Enhance UI/UX
Tokyu Land Indonesia (TLID) is a subsidiary of Tokyu Land Holdings, one of Japan’s leading property developers. In addition to its focus on condominium development, TLID is also engaged in property leasing, real estate financing, and property management, positioning itself as an integrated real estate company.
Since the establishment of PT Tokyu Land Indonesia in 2012, the company has successfully delivered over 7,000 residential units and condominiums in Indonesia. One of TLID's flagship projects is BRANZ Mega Kuningan, a premium condominium located in the strategic business district of Jakarta. This project is TLID's third premium condominium development, following the success of BRANZ Simatupang and BRANZ BSD.

LOGIQUE carried out a comprehensive update of the website's technology (tech stack), replacing outdated frameworks and tools. This initiative aims to enhance performance, loading speed, and website security.
To improve the website’s UI/UX, LOGIQUE redesigned its layout and structure to be more modern, responsive, and user-friendly. This is expected to enhance the user experience and reduce the bounce rate.
The email delivery system (SMTP) was upgraded to ensure faster and more stable email delivery while preventing issues related to spam or errors that could disrupt communication.
LOGIQUE developed a CMS to enable the client to manage website content independently. With the CMS in place, updates to website information can be performed quickly and efficiently without the need for manual code modifications.
LOGIQUE took full responsibility for the project, from planning to implementation. The LOGIQUE team began by conducting a thorough analysis of the client's issues, designing appropriate technical solutions, and updating both the technology and design. This process included rebuilding the website system, replacing backend technology, redesigning the UI/UX, updating the SMTP, and developing the CMS.
Throughout the project, LOGIQUE collaborated closely with the client’s team to ensure all requirements were met and changes were implemented optimally. Until the final stages, LOGIQUE continued to support the client, ensuring that the final result met standards and that the website performed smoothly.
In the BRANZ Mega Kuningan website revamp project, LOGIQUE implemented the latest technologies, including PHP 8.3 and Laravel 11, to ensure the website is high-performing, secure, and efficient. Additionally, LOGIQUE developed a flexible Content Management System (CMS) to simplify content management. To enhance security, we also upgraded the reCAPTCHA version to provide more effective protection against bots and suspicious activities.

Performance improvements were evident from the faster page loading speed, enhancing the user experience. Additionally, LOGIQUE successfully integrated the SMTP system and developed a CMS to streamline content management, database restoration, and data pulling processes. In terms of security, the website is now better protected with security standards implemented by LOGIQUE.
