Thank you very much for always following the LOGIQUE blog. While it has been quite some time since our last update, today I would like to share an important report regarding LOGIQUE’s new journey and the transformation we are currently undertaking.
1. Joining ASSA (Triputra Group)
Although we are only able to make this announcement now, I would like to officially report that in August 2025, LOGIQUE transferred its business to ASSA (PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk)—a member of the prominent Indonesian conglomerate, the Triputra Group—and has officially become a part of the group. ASSA is one of Indonesia’s largest mobility and logistics companies.
While we will continue to use the brand name LOGIQUE (with no changes to our domain or website), our legal entity name has changed from PT Logique Digital Indonesia to PT Logika Sarana Teknologi. Additionally, our registered office has moved from the Simatupang area to Kuningan, Jakarta.
This transition to a new stage is a strategic decision to fuse the digital solution expertise that LOGIQUE has built over the years with ASSA’s robust business foundation. This allows us to support our clients’ businesses more dynamically and on a broader scale.
2. Unchanged Management and Continued Support
Despite the significant news of joining a corporate group, the most important message I want to convey is that “the essence of LOGIQUE remains unchanged.”
In this transition to the new structure, there are no changes to our management team or the members in charge of your projects. The sense of speed, quality, and client-centric approach that we have cherished since our founding remain intact. As “LOGIQUE,” we will continue to strongly support your Digital Transformation (DX) as we always have.
I will also continue to serve as the President Director of the new company.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our long-term clients who have supported us for so many years, and I humbly ask for your continued patronage.
3. Transformation Driven by Generative AI and LOGIQUE’s Evolution
Alongside the strengthening of our organizational structure, we are currently focusing our efforts in 2026 on transformation through “Generative AI.”
Today, the world is evolving and changing at an unprecedented pace. In accordance with our corporate Principles, LOGIQUE chooses not to stand by and watch these changes, but rather to “continue transforming ourselves every single day.”
Specifically, we are already seeing significant results in the following areas:
- Fundamental Improvement of Service Delivery Processes: By deeply integrating Generative AI into every stage of development, design, and content creation, we have accelerated the balance between speed and precision.
